My name is Daniel Hölz (Holz).
I am an Artist. I am working in New Age Batik genre (Batik, Batic, Batique - handmade paintings on silk). My artworks are parts of private collections in USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan.

New Age Batik is a combination of my own alternative unique techniques with interpretations of traditional techniques of Batik. I am trying to fill in my artworks with a philosophic realization of contemporary Western culture, characterised by an individual eclectic approach to spiritual exploration. I hope my Batiks help to frame states of soul, allowing to dive inside subconsciousness.
I usually use the concept color space against of color, because my Batik techniques need to be described not in linear color scheme but in wide 3D-color space.
Each my artwork expresses your internal energy, selfconfidence, sense of humour and wisdom, regardless your age, and simply evokes excited wonder in people looking at you.
